Integrating steering diodes with additional zener diode, SRDA3.3 Series protects data lines against electrostatic discharge and high surge events. Units provide up to 600 W of power dissipation, dynamic resistance of 0.5 Ω, and low loading capacitance of 10 pF max. Applications include tertiary protection of high-speed T1/E1/T3/E3 telecommunications data lines, xDSL interfaces, RS-232/RS-485 interfaces, 10/100 Ethernet interfaces, and video lines.
