Housed in DO-221AC package measuring less than 1.1 mm high, TPSMA6L Series can provide secondary transient voltage protection from transients induced by load dump and other events in automotive electronic control units, sensors, entertainment systems, and other high reliability applications. SMA devices are IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4 compliant as well as AEC-Q101 qualified, which enables use in harsh automotive environments without additional component level qualification testing.
