(Telecompaper) Time Warner Cable said it has ended its carriage dispute with CBS and will therefore be able to return CBS channels and programming to its lineup. TWC said on 2 September that it hopes to have full programming back within 24 hours. The company did not give any details as to the new agreement, saying only that its main goal was to hold down costs. The CBS channels were not available to TWC customers for nearly a month, after the companies were unable to agree on a price to renew their carriage agreement.
