Targeting manufacturers and contract packagers that bottle tablets, capsules, and softgels, Cremer CFS-622*4 integrates with Optel CountSafe™ vision inspection system and Cremer bottle reject device or optional tablet ejection system. Servo-driven counting/filling system accommodates 1–4 counting modules, each of which features 6 discharge channels for 50 bpm max output. Added as needed in field, modules collectively enable filling speeds up to 200 bpm in 121 in. of floor space.
