Vancouver Sun: Canada has long aligned its target for the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions with that of the United States, but U.S. President Barack Obama moved the goalposts at the recent Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation meeting in Beijing, putting pressure on Canada to intensify its game.
