Almost 100 New Plymouth properties were sold in November as the Taranaki housing market continued to benefit from low interest rates and more buyers - including those who work from home . House prices and the number of sales rose on the same period last year as affordable properties attracted first-time buyers and people looking to relocate from other parts of the country.
