The North Central Minority Supplier Development Council named Target Corp. its Corporation of the Year for the second time since 2010. Minneapolis-based NCMSDC helps bridge minority-owned businesses and corporations in the Midwest, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.
