Tate & Lyle trading update suggests firm are 'in line' with outlook

Tate & Lyle said its Speciality Food Ingredients business performed encouragingly and ahead of the comparative period, and returned to volume growth in the second quarter as anticipated. Bulk Ingredients, excluding commodities , continued to perform steadily and slightly ahead of the comparative period supported by solid sweetener demand, said the firm.
