Marilyn Tavenner, the U.S. official who led the rough roll-out of Obamacare and testified before Congress last fall about enrollment figures, announced Friday that she will leave her post as head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Her departure is effective at the end of the month, says a Bloomberg report .
