For Astrium Space Transportation in Heilbronn Lampoldshausen within the area Direct Operations Germany Non Mechanical Products for the department Direct Materials Operations LAM TXD22 we are looking for a Teamleader Direct Materials Procurement Lampoldshausen fm. The Team Leader Direct Materials Procumbent delivers the required procurement services, as per the Direct Materials Service Level Agreement, for the relevant commodities and internal customers. The targets are the improving of the customer service OTOQOC and satisfaction as well as of the early involvement of procurement into design phase and project definition. Secure daily operations based on the established procurement and company processes Ensure continuous personal development of the team Local implementation and crosssite coordinationmanagement of strategic programmes Further improve local daily networking between procurement and internal customers contribute to the local Vendor Review Board meeting Ensure supplier evaluation development process SED Carry out KPI monitoring and definition of appropriate local actions in order to support target achievement Coordinate and intensify cross site country communication within the procurement organization We are looking for candidates with the following skills Engineering degree in industrial engineering or similar Several years of experience in procurement supply chain management Strong technical understanding Several years of team management experience Working experience in an international environment desirable Negotiation level in English and German TO APPLY click here
