Tele2 shows drop in triple-play WoM score

2014-12-31 16:25:00| Telecompaper Headlines

(Telecompaper) Increasingly fewer Tele2 triple-play customers would recommend the provider to friends or acquaintances. In the past few months, the operator's Word of Mouth score has fallen 10 percent points, to 35 percent in December 2014. The WoM score indicates the percentage of current customers who would recommend a provider or device to others. The figures for the last six months show also that in the mobile postpaid market, the brands Hi and Hollandsnieuwe score better than their parent companies KPN and Vodafone.
