Telefonica files plan to list Argentine subsidiary

(Telecompaper) Telefonica has initiated the process to list its Argentine subsidiary on the Buenos Aires stock exchange, reports Reuters, citing a regulatory filing. The company has called a shareholder meeting on 16 April to approve the listing of Telefonica Argentina, which Barclays values at around EUR 4.67 billion including debt.
