Telefónica (Madrid and NYSE: TEF) has released its fourth quarter and 2012 results. The company finished 2012 with 3.3 million pay TV subscribers, 0.8% up on the end of 2011. Losses in Europe and Brazil were offset by growth elsewhere in Latin America.
