Telefonica to test 5G fixed-wireless service in Germany with Samsung

(Telecompaper) Telefonica Deutschland announced plans to test a 5G fixed-wireless broadband service in Germany, using equipment from Samsung. Up to 20 households in Hamburg will test the gigabit technology from November over a period of three months.
