(Telecompaper) Telekom Austria Group's supervisory board and chief financial officer (CFO) Hans Tschuden have agreed to prematurely dissolve his contract on 31 May 2014 after the annual general meeting (AGM). They did not give a reason for the decision. His successor will be announced in due course. Tschuden has been CFO of Telekom Austria AG since 01 April 2007 and was appointed Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Telekom Austria on 01 January 2009.
