Supporting industry standard telephony protocols, A4 and A8 Analog Cards support 4 and 8 FXO and/or FXS channels, while TE235 and TE435 Digital Cards support up to 48 and 96 channels in T1/J1 mode or 60 and 120 channels in E1 mode. Units include field upgradeable firmware and ability to handle high jitter environments. Optional VPM032, VPM064, and VPM128 echo cancellation modules, based on Octasic chipset, offload task of echo cancellation from CPU.
