Telia acquires TDCs Norwegian business

Telia Company has acquired GET and TDC Norway at an enterprise value of NOK 21 billion on a cash and debt free basis. Telia will combine its mobile network with GETs TV and fixed services to create a challenger on the Norwegian market.
