Supply voltage is +3.3 or +5.0 Vdc and supply current is 30 mA max. Supplied in rugged SMT package, TCXO includes vibration compensation and electronic frequency control for precise tuning or phase locking applications. Device is suited for demanding mobile applications, including airborne and instrumentation.
