Available from 50–100 MHz with squarewave, CMOS output, Model T1241 features low g-sensitivity down to < 7 x 10-11/g and typical phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz. Supply voltage is +3.3 or +5.0 Vdc and supply current is 30 mA max. Supplied in rugged SMT package, TCXO includes vibration compensation and electronic frequency control for precise tuning or phase locking applications. Device is suited for demanding mobile applications, including airborne and instrumentation.
