Goody Goody Liquor Inc. leased 20,000 square feet at 6401 Woodway Drive, Houston-based DeGeorge Real Estate Services Inc. announced July 14. Greg DeGeorge represented the landlord, DeGeorge Properties II LLC, and Joe Jansen , owner of Goody Goody Liquor, represented his company. Austin-based Whole Foods Market Inc. vacated the Woodway Square shopping center location earlier this year.
