Terrytown complaints about sulfur-like odor prompt DEQ monitoring

Complaints about sulfur-like odors in Terrytown this week have prompted monitoring from the state Department of Environmental Quality. Resident Elaine Autin said an incident Thursday around 7:30 p.m. was the second time in days she was confronted with a burning rubber-sulfur smell.
