With N-port automatic fixture removal, N1930B Physical Layer Test System 2015 removes effects of multiple test fixtures with single step, reducing error-correction time. Engineers can characterize 8 differential channels in one measurement by leveraging multiple ports (up to 32) of PXI VNAs. Additionally, graphical user interface manages over 900 S-parameters in one data file. Using round robin wizard, engineers can measure device under test with more ports than VNA they use in their lab.
