With Testing Exchange for ICD-10, providers and channel partners can submit unlimited volume of ICD-10 test claims and receive claim status feedback. Participating payers can then receive accepted test claims via self-service ON24/7 portal. To simplify submission and feedback process, solution uses existing submitter communication and reporting preferences. Self-service nature allows payers to drive their own timetable for requesting and receiving natively coded test claims from providers.
