Fiber prices have moved in different directions in the past weeks, with cotton rising on domestic markets in Asia, and polyester staying depressed over large inventory levels. Other fibers have bottomed out or remained firm, being supported by the post-lockdown recovery. Our tables and charts deliver a 3-month and annual price comparison of most used textile fibers, including cotton, polyester, viscose, wool, acrylic, and nylon, all being available for download on a weekly basis through our historical csv file.
