It's no secret that the Wii U isn't performing well, and with the release of the Nintendo 2DS, Nintendo finally proved that it's willing to give up on a major feature if it means boosting the performance of a product. Perhaps, then, Nintendo relenting on the 3DS' 3D capabilities means that the Wii U could be in store for a major revision sometime soon?
