GOVERNOR CHRISTIE insists he's not comparing people to packages, but when he says he wants to use FedEx technology to keep tabs on immigrants in the country on visas, that connection is not hard to make. The governor and Republican presidential candidate initially proposed in a television interview last week that if FedEx can track packages wherever they are in the country, the federal government should be able to do the same with people here on visas.
