Time Warner Cable and Netflix are in talks to bring the streaming service's Super HD mode to customers, but TWC is unhappy with what it calls "preferential treatment." Turns out, what Netflix actually wants is to carry its own video and mesh with other networks for free -- and Time Warner doesn't want to lose the revenue it makes.
