The good (and the bad) news about United Airlines' new Dreamliner delivery

First the good news: United Airlines today became the first North American-based carrier to take delivery of the Boeing 787-9, a stretch version of the Dreamliner that will fly further and accommodate more passengers than does the original version of the Dreamliner that United also flies. Now the bad news : It appears United passengers in Chicago will see little or nothing of the newest plane to enter the United fleet for the foreseeable future.
