My take-home message from a talk by the Monroe County Sewer Authority was that our sewer system is very healthy as long as you don't believe in Climate Change . Our sewer system is the envy of many surrounding communities like Buffalo because of our Combined Sewer Overflow Abatement Program program and the 'tunnel system'.
