As Fort Point continues to change and develop a neighborhood personality of its own, restaurants, such as Flour, Tavern Road, Pastoral, and Blue Dragon, have flocked to the waterfront. But, according to The Boston Globe , restaurants in the area face "spotty" foot traffic during the weekdays and on Sundays.
