Thermco Systems, a Division of Tetreon Technologies, recently announced the acquisition of ProTemp Products, Inc. subsidiary ProTemp (WUXI) Electronic Equipment Co. Ltd located in Wuxi, China. The sale for an undisclosed amount gives Thermco Systems all of ProTemp (WUXI) Ltd.’s assets (including IP), sales and service staff as well as manufacturing rights
