Consisting of 2 or 4 isolated 0201 equivalent resistors in single rectangular shaped chip with no scallops or holes, RAF Series offers size and weight reduction over discrete chip resistors. RoHS-compliant devices feature max working voltage of 12.5 V and are available in 5% tolerance with 200 ppm TCR over resistance range of 10 to 1 M Ω. With RAF Series, users can downsize circuit design without having to design in discrete 0201 chip resistors.
