Devices offer resistance range from 10 Ω to 2 kΩ, tolerance of ±2% and ±5%, and TCR of ±100 ppm/°C. Manufactured with stable thick film resistive element on aluminum nitride substrate and epoxy encapsulation, surface-mount resistors operate from -55 to +155°C, making them suited for aerospace, military, industrial, and telecom systems.
