Thor Industries Inc. announced that it has entered into a repurchase agreement, dated as of May 15, to purchase one million shares of its common stock at a price of $60 per share from The Thompson Family Foundation in a private transaction valued at $60 million. The repurchase transaction with the foundation was evaluated and approved by members of Thor's board who are not affiliated with the foundation.
