Thor Industries Acquires Postle Aluminum Co.

Thor Industries Inc. announced it has acquired Elkhart, Ind.-based Postle Operating LLC, dba Postle Aluminum Co., effective today . The total purchase price, paid in cash, is approximately $144 million, subject to post-closing adjustments.
