As many as three million households could have been left an average of A 78 out of pocket owing to billing errors by their energy supplier, a new study suggests. ScottishPower was voted the worst of the big six energy suppliers for energy bill mistakes, after one in six of customers polled said they had received an incorrect bill in the last year.
