Three of four plead guilty to securities fraud

In the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Newnan Division, the three -Thomas D. Melvin, C. Roan Berry and Michael S. Cain - each changed their pleas to guilty before U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr., on Nov. 17. Melvin pled guilty to six counts, Berry to one count, and Cain to four counts.
