After almost the entire board of Jax Chamber's transportation and logistics council went on a retreat that included taking the Florida East Coast Railway system from Jacksonville to Miami and touring the railway's new intermodal container transfer facility in Port Everglades, the leaders of the council, Lindsey Brock , an attorney with Rumrell Law, and Lori Putnam , vice president and regional treasury solutions officer with Ameris Bank, sat down with the Business Journal to discuss the status of Jacksonville's logistics industry and its plans for 2015.
