Time inks Flipboard deal, Pearlstine returns as content editor

Time Inc. said it is bringing back former Editor-in-Chief Norman Pearlstine as its chief content officer to help prepare for its spinoff from Time Warner Inc., and separately announced an agreement to bring its magazines to Flipboard.
