For a decade, Toledo's de facto first day of spring has arrived on the last Saturday in February with the Seed Swap; that's about three weeks earlier than the vernal equinox, which is March 20 this year. And so it will Saturday, when the 11th Seed Swap will be noon to 3 p.m. at Woodward High School.
