Road construction signs advise drivers of new traffic patterns on the southbound side of the Henry Hudson Bridge on Aug. 7. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is several months into a five-year project to remove the toll booths and install Open Road Tolling. The toll plaza has sat unused since the MTA introduced a pilot all-electronic tolling system in November 2012.
