Downtown St. Petersburg could be getting another museum, courtesy of Tom James, executive chairman of Raymond James Financial Inc. James offered a hint of what he is considering while sharing a stage with Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik, who is planning what could be a $1 billion development in downtown Tampa.
