Tooling U-SME allied with technology business association Automation Alley to provide 1,000 member companies in Southeast Michigan with access to industry leading training resources intended to help decrease region's manufacturing skills gap. Training administered by Tooling U-SME will be available to Automation Alley members, and resources are available to build competencies in several areas. Automation Alley's Alex Violassi proclaimed, "We want to face this skills shortage head-on."
