ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., June 8, 2015 -- Topco Associates LLC recently announced at its June Board Meeting that John Lucot, President and Chief Operating Officer of Giant Eagle, Inc., was unanimously elected to serve as Vice Chairman on the Topco Associates LLC Board of Directors, effective immediately. Lucot has served on the Topco Associates LLC Board of Directors since 2012.
