Topeka U.S. Foods center may have new owner soon

US Foods' Topeka distribution center could have a new owner in the near future, if the Federal Trade Commission approves. Sysco Corporation and US Foods have talked about merging since December 2013, but the FTC objected to the merger, based on the belief the combined company would have too much market share and stifle competition, driving up prices.
