Japan RealTime: Strong winds, apparently from a rare tornado, swept through parts of the Tokyo area on Monday afternoon, heavily damaging houses along its path just miles away from the center of the capital city. Around 2 p.m. local time (0500 GMT), strong gusts of wind ripped through the town of Koshigaya, Saitama prefecture, and Noda in Chiba prefecturenearby cities about 20 km from central Tokyo leaving over 25,000 households without power, according to the regions power provider, Tokyo Electric Power Co....
