Towerstream: An Impending Death Spiral

Since our initial coverage of Towerstream back in late July, the bearish case has strengthened significantly due to multiple downside catalysts, and we believe TWER is nearing the end of its life. Although the stock is down almost 73% in the ~4 months since we first pointed out the significant fundamental risks associated with the stock, we believe there is further downside and that this is a "short to zero" scenario.
