Towson Environmental Advocate Named to County Commission

I've recommended Dr. Carol Newell to serve as the Fifth District representative to the Baltimore County Advisory Commission on Environmental Quality. Dr. Newell, a physician, is co-chair and member of the Committee on Greening and Recycling for the Stoneleigh Community Association.
