Toxic air: Uroboros Glass agrees to control pollution

Uroboros Glass in North Portland agreed to pollution controls and limits on its heavy metals use in an agreement with the state Department of Environmental Quality. While one Portland glassmaker has fiercely protested a state plan to control emissions of heavy metals, another quietly agreed to do what the state wants.
