Track improvements prompt Portland Streetcar North/South Line to use bus shuttle one week starting Sept. 15

Portland Streetcar advises the traveling public that beginning Monday, Sept. 15 through Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, the North/South (NS) Line will be replaced by a bus shuttle from the stop at SW 11th Avenue and SW Clay Street to the stop at SW Lowell Street & SW Bond Street in the South Waterfront area.
