Traffic Alert: SE Clay exit ramp from Hawthorne Bridge closed tonight

The exit ramp from the Hawthorne Bridge eastbound to SE Clay St./Hwy. 99E will be closed from 8 pm tonight, August 8 until as late as 5 a.m tomorrow, August 9, to allow Portland General Electric to complete utility work. To access Hwy. 99E south during the closure, the detour route from the bridge is: left at SE Grand Ave., left at SE Taylor St., left at SE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd./Hwy. 99E south.
